4 cup Green Beans French style canned 11 serving Bacon - Farmland Thick Sliced Bacon3 ounces onion1 clove Garlic 4 oz glass white wine (general) 1 tbsp Parsley 1 tsp Lemon Peel 2 tbsp Bacon Grease Dripping (for seasoning) (by EASTWOODRMC) 6 oz Cream Cheese 3 oz Cheddar Cheese 1 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 1.5 tsp Dijon Mustard (Great Value) .75 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 1 dash Salt .25 tsp Pepper, black 4 serving Pork Rinds(Baken-ets Fried Pork Skins)(14g) .125 tsp Garlic, Granulated (Dry) (by PATFERGY) .125 tsp Salt .5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Mix green beans and chopped bacon. Mince onion,garlic and parsley, keeping them separate. Heat a large skillet with bacon grease/Saute onion til translucent, Add garlic cooking til soft. Turn heat down, add parsley,lemon zest and wine. Saute about a minute or til smell of alcohol has burned off. Add softened cream cheese, breaking it up to melt easier. Add chicken broth slowly, whisking to mix. Turn heat to low and simmer a little to blend flavors and thicken slightly. Add cheddar cheese,Worcestershire sauce,mustard,salt & pepper. Whisk and taste to adjust seasonings. Add to green- bean bacon mixture. Heat thoroughly.
