Mediterranean Chicken

Ingredients
2.5 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs2 cans water packed quartered artichoke hearts1 jar kalamata olives and half their liquid 1 container grape tomatoes2 cup Spinach, fresh 2 cups chicken broth or water2 tbs greek spices
Directions
Place chicken, broth, olives and spices into instant pot. Seal and cook on high pressure for 14 minutes. QR and add remaining ingredients, seal and leave on keep warm until heated through and tomatoes are soft.
