Roasted Butternut Squash with Honey Glaze

Ingredients
1 dash Pepper, black 1 dash Salt 3 tsp Thyme, fresh 6 clove Garlic 1000 Butternut Squash 250 Honey 5 tbsp SHERRY WINE VINEGAR 75 grams Olive Oil
Directions
Mix all of the wet and herby ingredients together and cover squash with the mixture.
Roast in oven for 1 hour on gas mark 4.
Serve with pesto and Greek yoghurt.
