Ingredients
8 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 dash Salt 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 0.25 cup (not packed) Raisins 4 tsp Leavening agents, baking powder, low-sodium 2 tbsp chopped walnuts 2 tsp Cinnamon Powder 4 serving Sugar Substitute, Sweet N Low Packet 2 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g) 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
Directions
Mix bananas and eggs in food processor or blender til blended. Add rest of the wet ingredients. Combine dry ingredients and add wet ingredients. Add raisins and walnuts. Pour into well greased loaf pan for 48 min at 350 or until inserted knife comes out clean.
