Cucumber and Chicken Snack bites

Ingredients
10 slices Cucumber (with peel) 30 grams chopped or diced Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 tbsp Hellman's Low Fat Mayonnaise (formerly reduced fat)
Directions
oven cook the chicken breast - once baked - chill and dice and mix with the mayonnaise and top on to the cucumber - enjoy as a healthy snack during the mid day break
