Ingredients
1 Chicken Breast (Grilled) 1/2 Head of Romaine Lettuce1 Hass Avocado (ripe)1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese2 Tbsp. Sour Cream2 Tbsp. Salsa 4-6 Spanish Olives1 Tbsp Garlic & Herb Marinade
Directions
Marinade the chicken breast overnight.
Grill the chicken breast (or bake in the oven)
Chop the lettuce and olives, and shred the cheese. Cut the avocado into slices. Mix all together with sour cream and salsa. Top with grilled chicken.
