Low Carb Slow Cooker Beef & Broccoli

1 cup beef broth1/4 c Soy Sauce 1/4 c Oyster Sauce 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil 1/4 c Xyla 3-4 clove Garlic 2 pounds Beaf Stew Meat 1 package Member's Mark Steamable Broccoli Florets 1 - 1.5 tsp Guar Gum (or xantham gum)
Mix beef broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, Xyla and garlic cloves in crockpot. Add stew meat. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
When about 30 minutes of cook time remains microwave frozen broccoli, drain excess water and add to crockpot. Use Guar gum to thicken sauce.
Use reduced sodium beef broth and soy sauce if on a low sodium diet.
Pair with Green Giants riced cauliflower (following instructions on back of package for "fried rice")
