Cream of carrot soup

Ingredients
8 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 4 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Free Range Chicken Broth, 1 cup 3 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tbsp Ginger, ground 1 tbsp Curry powder 7 serving Mae Ploy Coconut Cream 1/3 cup
Directions
cook down carrots with water and ginger powder until very tender. Add garlic salt or salt if desired. Blend in blender with broth and cream. Reheat on low until warm enough.
