Ingredients
2 lb bag Refrigerated Sauerkraut 2 tsp Bacon Grease 0.5 cup, Onions, chopped0.5 cup White Wine 0.5 cup Swanson Natural Goodness Chicken Broth
Directions
place sauerkaraut into a large strainer. rinse and drain. squeeze out all excess moisture. set aside.

melt bacon grease in a large dutch oven. add onions ans cook until starting to brown.

add kraut, wine, and broth. bring to a simmer. turn to low and cook until liquid is evaporated. 30 mins +/-

yield: 4 cups
