Keto creamy chicken bacon chowder

Ingredients
8 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 8 oz Cream Cheese 2 tsp Garlic 3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery, raw 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 tbsp Kerry's Gold Pure Irish Grass-Fed Butter (Unsalted) 1 tsp Thyme, ground 1 cup, whipped Heavy Whipping Cream 3 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 2 cup Spinach, fresh 3 serving Bacon, SUGARDALE reg sliced - 2 cooked
Directions
Instructions To Assemble Cube chicken thighs and add to large zipper bag. Add remaining ingredients to chicken in zipper bag. Zip to seal. (store in fridge until ready to cook) To Cook Pour chicken mixture into Instant Pot, add chicken broth and cook for 30 minutes (soup setting). Mix well then add spinach and cream. Cover and let sit for 10 minutes to wilt spinach. Top with chopped bacon.
