Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Ingredients
4 medium eggs1 dash Salt 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda 1/2 cup Coconut Flour 2 cups grated zucchini drained1/4 cup Applesauce, unsweetened Sweetener to taste (10 pkts sweet n low)1/4 cup Walnuts chopped1/2 cup Cocoa powder unsweetened
Directions
Mix together wet ingredients except zucchini in a large bowl. In a separate bowl mix dry ingredients. Gradually blend dry ingredients into wet. Add zucchini. Add walnuts. Batter will be thick and sticky. Pour into a square, loaf or bundt cake well greased pan on 350° for 35-38 min or until inserted knife comes out clean.
