Mozzarella Stuffed Meatballs

Ingredients
5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw - Lightly Beaten8 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded 1.50 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Pepper, black 1.50 tsp Salt 1870 Ragu Traditional Spaghetti Sauce (tomato sauce) - 66oz jar907 Italian Sausage, pork - 2#0.33 cup Parsley - Chopped Fine32 oz Beef, top sirloin - 2# 1.50 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain 7 oz Fairlife Fat Free Milk 24 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
Directions
Cut Mozzarella into 3/4" squares.

Mix Remaining Ingredients except for Ragu.

Form golf ball size meatballs and wrap them around square of Mozzarella.

Please in layers in 6 quart crock pot covering each layer with Ragu.

Heat on high for 3 hours

Serving Size: Makes 46 1 1/2 inch Meatballs
