Yogurt Bread

Ingredients
3 egg substitute2 cups Sugar1/3 cup Motts Natural Apple Sauce2 cups Fat Free Yogurt2 tsp Cinnamon2 cups Whole wheat flour1 cup white all purpose flour1 tsp salt1 Tbls Baking Soda1/2 Tbls baking Powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Beat eggs until foamy then add sugar, oil, yogurt cinnamon and optional grated veggie or fruit and mix well.
In another bowl swift together the rest of ingredients. Pour dry into wet ingredients slowly until moist. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake for 40 mins. Loaves should be golden brown.
