Leftover Turkey Casserole with Brown Rice, Mushrooms and Cheese

Ingredients
1.5 cup Minute Ready to Serve Brown Rice2.0 cup, chopped or diced Turkey (light meat)5.0 serving Baby Bella Mushrooms (3 oz)8.0 tbsp Great Value Low Fat Sour Cream4.0 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated2.0 cup Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
Directions
Dice meat and veggies. Sauteed mushrooms and onions add Turkey & rice. Then blend turkey broth with sour cream and the add cheese. Reserve 1 cup for topping. Add to the pan of meat & veggies stir well. Adds sour cream and Cheese mixture. Blend well. Put into lightly greased casserole dish. Top with last cup of cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes at 375 Then uncover and bake 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and light brown
