Sauce: mix all ingredients in sauce pan.
Stir over medium heat until slightly thickened
Remove from heat set aside
Chop chicken and chop or slice veg, drain water chestnuts use 1/2 of 5 oz drained can
Heat olive oil in wok or large frying pan
Add chicken pieces and cook through about 4 minutes, remove from pan but leave juices in pan
Add all veg to wok stir fry until tender
Drain juices. Add chicken and sauce stirring a few minutes until heated
Sprinkle with sesame seeds
In wok or large frying pan heat oil
Serving Size: 1/4 recipe
