Bell Pepper Sub Sandwich

Ingredients
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 4 slice (3-1/8" dia x 1/16" thic Hard Salami 2 oz Turkey, Deli Select ultra Thin Mesquite Smoke Turkey Breast sandwich meat 2 oz Hillshire Farms Honey Ham 19 gram(s) Pickles, Mt. Olive Bread & Butter Chips (6 pickels, 1oz) .50 serving LongHorn Steakhouse, Sauteed Mushrooms & Onions (entree addition) 2 oz Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk
Directions
Cut tops of peppers, cut in half and remove seeds. Boil for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile saute mushrooms and onions in small amount of oil. When peppers are cooked pile into each side equal amounts of Salami, Turkey, ham, bread and butter pickle, saute mushrooms and onions, mozzarella cheese and then squirt on the oil and vinegar sandwich spread. Put under Broiler for about 5 to 6 minutes until the cheese is melted. Enjoy
