Ingredients
15 serving(s) Roasted green chili 12 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 8 oz Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat 1 tsp Baking Soda 0.5 cup Flour, whole grain 4 cup Cheese - Mexican Blend - 2% - 4 Cheese - Shredded - Kroger 1 stick Butter, salted
Directions
Mix eggs until lemon-colored, add chopped chili, baking soda, flour, cottage cheese, and 3c of cheese. Melt butter in 9x13 glass or ceramic dish, pour mixture over it. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes until knife comes out clean.
