16.0 tbsp Cheese - Cream Cheese Philadelphia204.0 gram(s) Nabisco, Oreo Sandwich Cookies, Reduced Fat16.0 tsp Granulated Sugar2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract112.0 tsp raspberry pie filling
Soften cream cheese (2 packages) add 1/3 cup sugar add 2 eggs add vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy. Fold in half a can of pie filling. Put 18 muffin liners in muffin pan. Put 1 Oreo in each liner. Spoon in filling about 3/4 full. Preheat oven 350 bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool. Spoon remaining filling on top of each.
