Pecan Ball Cookies

3 cup Organic All-Purpose White Flour 4 stick Butter, salted .5 cup Granulated Sugar 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract 8 serving Pecans-Diamond of California Chopped Pecans (1/4 cup) (by JMEGILL01) 1 cup, unsifted Powdered Sugar
in a large bowl cream butter, granulated sugar and vanilla extract together
add in the flour and pecans until well mixed and you are able to form walnut sized balls of dough.
place on cookie sheet (I use non stick aluminum foil to line the pan) Bake in a 400 degree oven for about 10-11 minutes (bottoms will be brown, the rest of the cookie will stay basically the same except there will be little cracks in the dough)
Remove from oven and let cool for about 5 minutes then use a sandwich baggie and put the cup of powdered sugar in it. Gently put cookies in the bag with the powdered sugar and cover the cookie. Remove to your cookie storage.
