2 14oz bags Dole Classic Coleslaw 2 16oz bags Wild caught gulf shrimp6 tbsp La Choy Stir Fry Sauce Marinade2 Tbsp Minced Garlic 1/2 Tbsp PB Fit Peanut Powder2 tsp Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend 1 tsp Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend 1/4 tsp Zatarains Creole Seasoning 1 16oz bag Broccoli Normandy Blend
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the Shrimp, garlic, zatarain's creole seasoning, stirfry sauce and cook, stirring until cooked through.
Add the coleslaw mix, and broccoli Normandy to the skillet with the shrimp and stir to mix evenly. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until cabbage has softened.
Remove from the heat and serve over rice.
