1 cup chopped Kale1 cup sliced strawberries2 tbsp nonfat vanilla yogurt1 Avocado 1/4 cup milk (I used whole)
Directions
Put kale and yogurt in blender and blend until kale pieces aren't visible then add the rest and blend until smooth
