Paco Taco Chicken Stew

Ingredients
1 onion, chopped2 16 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained2 16 oz cand kidney beans, rinsed and drained2 cups frozen corn16 oz tomato sauce2 28 oz cans diced tomatoes1 1.25 oz packets less sodium taco seasoning mix4 boneless chicken breasts
Directions
-Mix all ingredients in slow cooker (leave chicken out.
-Place chicken on top of stew and cover.
-Slow cook for 6 - 8 hours on low (3-4 hours on high)
-Remove chicken, shred, return to stew and mix in.
-Cook additional 30 minutes.

Can serve with various toppings (not included in calorie count) such as sour cream, cheese, tortillas, scallions, etc.
