Delicious Non-Fat Chicken Salad

6 Chicken Tenderloins, cooked4 Tbs. Nonfat Mayo4 tsp. Dijon Mustard1 Large Stock Celery, finely chopped5 Baby Carrots, finely chopped
Cook chicken tenderloins until done. (I always cook my chicken in a crockpot over low heat for about 8 hours...really moist!)
Shred the chicken and put into a bowl. Chop the vegetables into very small pieces and add to the bowl. Add all of the remaining ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
Makes about 4 big servings. You can also add pickles, grapes, almonds, etc. to your salad if you'd like.
