JP's Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef 1 c. chopped onion2 garlic cloves1 c. chopped celery1 c. chopped sweet red pepper2 - 28 oz can diced tomatoes6 oz. tomato paste 2 tsp dried Basil1-2 tsp. oregano1/2 tsp. cardamon2 tsp. sugarsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Brown & drain ground beef then set aside
Brown onion & garlic in a little olive oil
Add celery, red pepper & mushrooms & cook 1-2 min.
Add ground beef, tomatoes, tomato paste & spice
Simmer 1 hr. (I like to simmer several hours)
