Ingredients
80 Celery, raw 110 Eggplant, fresh 50 Mushrooms, fresh 100 Onions, raw 20 Scallions, raw 100 Butternut Squash 35.27 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 1 serving Curry Paste - Valcom Massaman Thai Style (52.5g) 1 tsp Garlic: granulated (Sauers's) 50 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 90 gram(s) Raw Sweet Potato 1.5 cup Silk Pure Coconut, Original Coconut Milk
Directions
Fry up paste in Coconut Oil
Add 1/2 Coconut Cream and simmer until blended
Add chicken and simmer for about 5 mins
Add Remaining Ingredients and simmer until cooked
Serve with Steamed Jasmine Rice
