Ingredients
25 g unsalted butter, melted⅔ cup milk187 g sugar7.5 g baker’s ammonia or baking powder2 cups flour
Directions
Whisk together the butter, milk, sugar and baker’s ammonia.
Add flour, a little at a time, while mixing until the dough comes together in a slightly sticky ball.
Wrap the dough ball and refrigerate for 12-24 hours.
Heat the oven to 425F and line baking sheets with silicone.
Roll the dough out to 1/8" and cut shapes out of the dough.
Bake for about 8 minutes, until lightly browned on the bottom and edges.
Allow to cool, and decorate with food coloring used as paint if you want.
