1 fruit (2" dia) Limes 6 tsp Ginger Root 1 tbsp Honey 2 oz Almonds (whole, raw, Kirkland brand) 0.50 cup Water bottle w/ filtered water 1 cup White Mountain Nonfat Bulgarian Yogurt (by ECELESTER)
Rinse lime in vinegar water. Quarter it. Take ginger root length and thickness of thumb, rinse, lightly peel and cut in slices. Place almonds, lime pieces and ginger root in bottom of blender/Ninja extractor. Add yogurt and water and honey. Blend until smooth. Chill and serve.
