16 oz Jimmy Dean Premium Pork Sausage1 Large Egg, beaten1 Cup Almond Flour2 tsp Baking Powder 1/8 th tsp Salt 1/2 tsp dried parsley flakes8 oz shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese1/4 C grated parmesan cheese1 cup Spinach, fresh Shredded
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place Parchment paper over large rimmed cookie sheet. Mix almond flour, salt and baking powder, let sausage and cheese come to room temp. Using hands or two forks, mix all ingredients well in large bowl. With small metal scoop create 60 mini sausage balls, place on cookie sheet. Bake 10 - 14 minutes until internal temp reaches 160 degrees. Store uneaten snacks in refrigerator or freezer in zip lock bags.
