Ingredients
.5 tbsp Dr. Bronner's Coconut Oil (by MIKEMYERS3) 2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream 2 tbsp Half and Half Cream .25 tsp Turmeric, ground .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground 0.25 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground) .5 tsp Ginger Root 17 gram Perfect keto chocolate COLLAGEN protein powder (1 scoop) (by AMYBOOKIT) or the plain version (whatever your preference).5 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 cups black coffee
Directions
Put all ingredients in Ninja, ultra blend for one minute. You can start with hot or cold coffee. You can warm/heat more in microwave or simmer on stove if you like it really hot. However overheating can degrade some of the benefits from the spices.
