Gluten Free Flax Bread

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups gluten-free flour blend1/4 cup garfava flour (or increase GF blend to 1 1/2 cups if you don't like or can't eat garfava flour)1/2 cup potato starch 1/4 cup cornstarch 1/4 cup flax seed meal 2 1/2 teaspoons xanthan gum 2 teaspoons active dry yeast 1 teaspoon sea salt 2 egg 1 cup rice (or almond) milk 2 tablespoons coconut oil 2 tablespoons raw honey 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
Directions
Warm milk to 100°F, place in breadmaker with oil, honey, eggs, vinegar and salt.
Mix dry ingredients together, place on top of wet ingredients, add yeast.
Use Rapid Rise or Quick Bread cycle.
Slice and freeze unused portions to toast, does not keep well.
