Keto Creamy Turkey garlic soup

Ingredients
8.0 serving John Morrell Off the Bone Oven Roasted Turkey Breast - 2 oz0.5 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream32.0 oz Pacific organic Bone Broth, chicken1.0 tsp Salt32.0 cloves Garlic2.0 tbsp Kerry gold salted butter2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil0.5 tsp Thyme, ground1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
Directions
Toss 20 unpeeled cloves of garlic in the olive oil salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Let cool and remove peels. In large pot add butter and chopped onions and cook until translucent. Then add the remaining raw peeled cloves and the roasted garlic and the thyme to the pot and Cook for 3 minutes. Add bone broth (preferably made from the leftover turkey carcass) and simmer at a low boil for 20 minutes. Puree the cooked mixture (wait for it to cool off if using a blender to avoid explosion). Return to pot add turkey meat and cream. Add salt and pepper if needed. Serve
