masala rice with potato and peas

Ingredients
3 cup Basmati Rice, Raw (Daawat) (by SEASHELL07) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 50 grams Ginger Root 200 grams Potato, raw .5 cup Peas, frozen 3 tsp Salt 1 tsp Chilli Powder (by JONDO4048) 1.5 tbsp Cumin and Corriander seeds powder (by FANORONHA_14) 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Saute onion and ginger.
Add dry spices
Add 1/4 cup water than add potatoes and peas
Add four and a half cup water.
Cover bring to boil in high heat in about 5 to 7 minute
Then cook another 190 minute on low flame.
