Scrambled Egg sandwich

Ingredients
2 large eggs1 dash salt1 tsp dried chilli flakes 1.5 tbsp milk2 slices of bread1 tbsp butter 1/2 cup shredded cheese
Directions
In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the milk, salt and chilli flakes.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, put the heat to low.
Add the egg-mixture to the pan and immediately evenly divide the shredded cheese on top of the eggs.
Cook the eggs on low heat for a couple of minutes until they are somewhat cooked, then turn the heat to medium.
When the eggs are starting to turn golden brown on one side, flip the eggs carefully and brown them on the other side.
Put the eggs on the bread, enjoy!

Serving Size: For two slices of bread.
