Bacon Wrapped Cream Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 4 tbsp Cream Cheese 0.25 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese 4 serving Bacon, Applegate Farms Sunday Bacon (2 strips)
Directions
Cut chicken into 4 4oz pieces and pound flat
Mix cheeses together and place 1/4 in each chicken
roll chicken and wrap with 1-2 slices of bacon

Bake at 375 for 30 mins, then broil top for 5 minutes, and turn to broil the bottom
