Banana Butterscotch Cookie Drops

Ingredients
2 medium bananas1 box yellow cake mix (the light version)1 cup quick cooking oats3/4 cup butterscotch chips (adjust to suit your taste)
Directions
In a medium bowl, mash 2 bananas. Add box of yellow cake mix and mix on medium until cake is moist. Stir in oats and butterscotch chips. Drop small spoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Do not try to shape the cookies into balls. I tried this and the sonsistency chaged. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. A longer cooking time hardens the outside but the inside remains soft. These can be made without the butterscotch as well.
Yields 3-4 dozen cookies
