Parmesan Dijon Pork Chops

Ingredients
8 boneless pork chops1/3 cup Dijon Mustard0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated3.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil0.75 tsp Garlic powder0.5 tsp Onion powderSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix mustard, olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Pour over chops and marinate minimum of 2 hours up to overnight. Preheat oven to 400°. Put parmesan cheese into a shallow dish. Coat each pork chop in the cheese and place on baking sheet. Bake 15 to 20 mins or until done.
