Filet with Veggies (Clean Lving Diet)

Ingredients
2 lb Beef, tenderloin 2 small Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt 1 bunch Broccoli, fresh 2 cup pieces Shiitake Mushrooms 2 large whole (3" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 1 package (10 oz) Spinach, fresh 4 fl. oz Sherry, dry 1 tbsp Parsley 1 tsp Thyme, fresh 2 tbsp Basil 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 5 clove Garlic
Directions
Cook Filet with salt and pepper on grill
Slice 9 pieces
Bake Sweet potatoes
Cut into 9 pieces
Put all other veggies on sheet pan, sprinkle with wine season and bake till done
All should be bite size
Portion all up into 9 tupperware and your set for 3 days
Alternately Dinner for 4
