Low Carb General Tso Chicken

Ingredients
1 lb. Chicken breast, cubed1 1/2 T. Canola Oil 3/4 cup low sodium chicken broth 2 T. Splenda 2 T. Soy Sauce 1 1/2 T. Cornstarch 2 T. White Wine Vinegar1/2 tsp Ginger, ground 1/3 cup, chopped Scallions, raw 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
Whisk together broth, Splenda, soy sauce, corn starch, vinegar and ginger. Set aside. In a large skillet, heat oil. Saute scallions and red pepper flakes for 2 to 3 minutes. Add chopped chicken and cook till browned. Add liquid mixture and cook till sauce thickens.
