Ingredients
1 c water1 c vanilla low-cal non-fat yogurt1 c frozen strawberries1 banana
Directions
Fill blender to 1 c line with water. Spoon yogurt in to the 2 c line. Slice banana into blender. Add strawberries to the 4 c line. Divide into two 2 c servings.
