banana oatmeal muffins

Ingredients
2 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 cup Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry 1 cup, packed Brown Sugar 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Salt .5 tsp Nutmeg, ground 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .33 cup Butter, salted 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl or gallon bag.
smash the banana and mix in the egg, butter and vanilla.
stir in the dry ingredients until moist.
spoon into muffin tin
bake at 375 for 12 to 18 minutes.
