4 cups fresh sweet corn Optional: 1 clove garlicOptional: 1 small hot pepperOptional: 1 tsp chili powderOptional: 1 tsp honeycreate your own ...
Directions
Place corn in blender until fine.
Adding your choice of seasonings to taste. Spread the mixture 1/8 inch thick on fine mesh screens on your dehydrator trays.
Score into triangle shapes.
Dehydrate for several hours at 105o F.

    If your oven has a setting of 100 I think it would work (you may need to keep the door open and run a fan toward it. The point is not to cook it, but to dry it.
