Oriental Pork Kabobs

Ingredients
2 lbs lean, boneless pork1 tsp powdered ginger1/2 tsp black pepper3 cloves garlic1/2 cup soy sauce1 16 oz can pinapple chunks8 kumquats, halved
Directions
Cut pork into 1 inch cubes; sprinkle with ginger, pepper and garlic. Pour soy sauce over pork, toss with pork to coat. Refrigate for 2 hrs, turning pork once or twice. Drain, saving marinade. Thread pork, pinapple chunks and halved kumquats alternately onto skewers. Grill 4 inches above coals until pork is well done, about 30 minutes. Turn several times and baste with marinade.
