Ingredients
38 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 6 tbsp Kerry gold salted butter 4.5 oz Alexia Oven Reds (Olive Oil, Sun-Dried Tomatoes & Pesto) (by JACINDA222) 2.25 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 20 large Black Olives, canned (small-extra large) 340 grams Feta Cheese 3 clove Garlic
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degree F.
2. Cut the chicken into pieces. Season with salt and pepper, fry in butter until golden brown.
3. Mix pesto and heavy cream in butter.
4. Place the fried chicken pieces in a baking dish together with olives, feta cheese and garlic. Add the pesto.
5. Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes, until the dish turns bubbly and light brown around the edges.
