Sausage Egg Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients
16 oz. Jimmy Dean All Natural Sausage 12 large eggs 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper1/2 cup chopped white onion1/4 cup skim milk1/4 tbsp. paprika Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2. Mix eggs, peppers, onion and milk in bowl 3. Brown sausage in pan 4. Fill cups 2/3 full of egg mixture 5. Distribute sausage evenly throughout cups 6. Add paprika to top of each cup 7. Cook for 20 minutes Serving Size: Makes 18 Muffins
