560 gram(s) Jicama 1 1/4 lbs2 cup Dole Pineapple Tidbits 100% Pineapple Juice 140 gram(s) Papayas (1 cup in cubes is 140g) 1 stalk celery.5 cup, whole Almonds 2 tsp Canola Oil .5 cup (not packed) Raisins 1 tsp Curry powder 6 oz Fage Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt
Cut jicama into matchsticks. Peel and dice papaya. Slice celery thin.
Toast almonds 5 minutes and remove. Add oil, raisins and curry. Cook 2 min till raisins puff up. Cool. Mix nuts with raisin mixture and spoon over fruit. Can add salt to taste
