Tomato cream soup

Ingredients
4 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes 1 large Onions, raw 2 medium Carrots, raw 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery, raw 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 15 Grams Chicken Broth 1 cup Coconut Milk (Silk)
Directions
Chop coarsely all veggies until tender, add the broth and some water if consistency too thick. Blend using a blender and add the coconut milk. Season to taste with salt and pepper
