8 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1.5 serving bacon, hormel black label bacon lower sodium 2 pcs 4 oz New York Style Sausage (by RITANAN) 8 tbsp Daisy Sour Cream 1 serving Land O Lakes Pre-sliced Havarti Cheese 4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded .5 cup Spinich, Fresh Express 125 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
Cook bacon and sausage
Cut vegi's you like and add them to the cups of a muffin tin w/ the cooked meat and cheese.
Mix eggs, sour cream and spices you prefer
Add egg mixture on top of other ingredients in tin and bake a@ 350 for 30 min or until slightly brown and not jiggly
