Ingredients
2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil4.0 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh200.0 Grams Spinach, fresh25.0 Grams Flour, white50.0 g Semi-Skimmed Milk (ml) (UK)400.0 gram celeriac
Directions
Flour the sliced thighs and cook in 1 tbsp oil, then add the milk. Add the spinach and cook until the chicken is cooked. Slice the celeriac in chip sized pieces, toss in 1 tbsp oil salt and pepper then put in oven at 200 degrees until golden
