Four Cheese chicken and rice

Ingredients
1.5 cup Spinach, canned2.0 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes32.0 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast2.5 cup Rice A Roni - Creamy 4 Cheese2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1.0 tsp Tones garlic powder
Directions
Make 2 boxes of rice according to box. Cut chicken into bite sized chunks. Mix olive oil, garlic powder and Italian seasoning and coat chicken. Fry chicken in a skillet until lightly browned, add 3 medium chopped tomatoes and 1 can drained spinach, simmer until reduced. Blend chicken mixture with rice. Serve. Preferable to use fresh spinach but we were out so canned worked alright. Serving Size: Makes about 8 1 cup servings
