Ingredients
2 medium Carrots, raw .5 cup Kale .5 cup Beet greens, fresh 1 fruit (2-5/8" dia) Oranges 1 serving Apple, Fuji Small, 2 1/2" in diameter, 1 apple
Directions
put in ninga, add a little 1/2 c water if needed. Then add crushed Ice. It won't be as smooth as a juice smoothly, but you can subtract the fiber from the about of carbs for net carbs. And you are getting plenty of fiber.
